I meant to post this with the last post (the one below I posted first)... totally random, but funny.  As fitness is my job I found this particularly funny, but I think it's even funnier that we have all felt like and been there on what he was saying.  This is courtesy of my husband and his never ending quest to find clean comics that are actually funny :)  Sorry it's not very good quality on the video, but it's still good
